Tuesday 30/8/2022 – Bumpy but Clear Tuesday

30/08/20221

Caroline’s 1000 km swim today and Gunnar’s 70th birthday. A bumpy swim, with rough rips and waves going out but great once you got beyond the point!

Gunnar and Janet. 70 is the new 50 as these guys show!

I got the sun squeezing between clouds as I did Pilates on the beach at 6.35am!

As lots of people were wondering about whether to swim Claudia came out ecstatic because she’d seen a Turtle, Cuttlefish, Wobbegong, PJs and so much marine life today!

Nicola’s 21st winter swim without a wetsuit!

Lots of Pjs under ledges and many more near Bower Surf break!

Budgie Smuggler Swimmer of the Month

The Budgie Smuggler Swimmer of the Month for July is Matt Humphries. Matt will receive a voucher for a new pair of Budgy Smugglers from the Budgy Smuggler shop. To be in the running for Swimmer of the Month, all you have to do is log your swims. The winner is selected randomly from all those who have swum at least once during the month. The more times you swim the more chances you have to win the prize. So start logging now. If you don’t know how, just email Ian, ugoboyo@gmail.com.
