Morning all! Another dark sky greeted us at Manly today, with the clouds threatening rain, but we were spared the gloomy weather and had another glorious swim despite the poor visibility.
Jenny led the yoga class as the regular teacher wasn’t around. She’s studying to be a yoga teacher and is a personal trainer so knows the tricks of the trade to stretch and strengthen before heading down the bay.
Serious conversations on the wall made for interesting eavesdropping:
Boys being boys taking over each others’ photos:
the main group heading down and in:
Greg finished as Rainer and I started, always happy to stop and say HI
A few waves to jump through before the hitting the slightly bumpy bay that it was:
My view as I finished:
Guy enjoyed breakfast on the other wall with friends:
That’s it from me, I”m dog sitting Napolean and havinga ball, have a great day everyone, Edwina.

Babewatch are holding their annual 6 hr swim next Saturday 6th April and are asking us to get behind their fundraising efforts for 180, a Northern Beaches group set up by young people to address the growing issue of anxiety and depression within our youth.
They will be starting with us at 7 am and having a team of swimmers in the water until 1 pm.
They will also be running a cake stall (and would appreciate donations of goodies to sell by all you wonderful bakers) and if you’d like to relax and de-stress – stop by the stand and get a massage from one of the qualified physiotherapists who are part of Babewatch.
For more information, speak to Murray Colderick or Ali Smith or Mikaila Beaver.
Let’s get behind this wonderful bunch of young people and help them achieve their goal of raising $4,000!

Good work Jenny, you’ll be a brilliant yoga teacher. And another perfectly executed blog Edwina. Dogsitting Napolean? Furry heaven! I got wet cycling this morning, might as well have swum.
