Huge sets today which didn’t deter these swimmers. Drinky’s sister Katie is over from Cape Town and has been joining The Drinks Express at 6.30am. Well done Katie! It was cold, rough and murky today but all swimmers who swam came out with big smiles 🙂 Water temp was 19

Quite a small group going from the beach at 7am as that ocean looked unpredictable. A few more went in from halfway or Shelly. Well done to everyone who got wet today. I was slow getting in but everyone who’d had their ‘Vitamin Sea’ seemed much more alive so that made me get in!
