Thursday 26 October 2017, Happy birthday Errol

Beautiful conditions for this morning’s swim – no rays like yesterday but we did have whales breaching as we arrived back at Manly – they must have heard about our belated party for Errol.

Yesterday was Errol Abbot’s 81st birthday.  Errol is a regular B&Ber and celebrated today at Shelly Beach with the regular splash.  We hope you have a special week and celebrate in style.

Shaun can add a new another title to his growing list, having just returned from swimming with the whales in Tonga.  If you believe his story, being raised by dolphins has given him some special abilities and Wendy has nick-named him the “whale whisperer”.  Make sure you ask him why.

This mornings discussion was budgie smugglers – hot or not.  There were quite a few styles and colours on display this morning now that the temperature has warmed up.  You can see from below some of our regular’s thoughts.
