Thursday 22 March 2021: Manly in all its splendor

Manly was shining in all is splendor this morning with a picture poscard sunrise, next to no waves and plenty of people out and about exercising.

The CanTooe-ers were having one of their last hitouts before their swim on Sunday.  They have been put through a nine week intensive ocean swimming program.

This morning’s temperature was a balmy 19.6 degrees.

The Women of the Wall (WOWs) were celebrating Melisse’s birthday – what better way to celebrate a birthday than a swim on the morning like today following by coffee and chat with friends.

Drinky and the 6.30 Drinks Express team haven’t missed a beat through the past year for those wanting an early start.

Neither did the A-team who also swim all year round and in all types of weather.

Simon thinks this is one of the most lovely runners in Manly.

You’ll always find plenty of friendly faces and people to talk to at Bold and Beautiful each morning.
