This morning the beach was already alive with energy. The surf ski crew & Rusty, Jimmy, Snoopy and the rest were gathered at the top of the ramp, laughter spilling down as they readied to launch.
Their chuckles and banter set the tone, a little spark of excitement running through the salty air.

Victoria & others were already slipping into the water, chasing an early swim before the day really began.

I grabbed my coffee from the Manly Point Café and my girlfriend Katie and I stood at the point. It looked absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed looking at a rock covered with a consortium of crabs.

On the sand, a group moved slowly through their poses — people doing yoga on the beach, stretching & in the water bobbing (now you know what that is).
Up on the ramp, a bunch of guys sat with their coffees, soaking in the scene, just enjoying the moment.

Everyone comes down here and finds their own way to connect — through the water, the chatter, or simply sitting still. The water temperature, a perfect 20.3°C, has drawn the crowd even more today, inviting swimmers and surfers alike to dive in.
Summer is here. You can feel it in the lightness of the air, the eagerness of the swimmers, the way the water draws everyone together.
Even the coffee tastes more like a celebration than a routine. The beach is shifting gears — from the quiet mornings of winter to the vibrant hum of a season that makes everyone lean in a little closer, laugh a little louder, and dive in a little sooner.

Have a wonderful day all 💙🌅
