And tomorrow starts the Easter Triple Crown… A series of 3 races over Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Anzac day. The A-team will all be shaven down, tapered and carbo loaded. Brad is the current holder of the triple crown though his main threats seem to be coming from Brother James, the Spaniard and as always Scrappy Scotty. Don’t count out the Bishop either. Irishman Alex and Super Matt are outside chances and Sterling…. well Sterling will be enthusiastic! Rules are points 10 to 1 and your best 2 of 3 races count. The Anzac day finale will be a storming the beach finish. Are you excited? I won’t be sleeping tonight!

Not true Lippy, I am primed! I have spent the last 37years tapering, I have carbo loaded for the last four weeks and I am pumped. Stopping short of doing the shaving down thing.
I’m just pumping up the tyres on the bike and I am a contender.
Bring on the triple crown baby.
I might even have some time to look for the turtle on the way past.

Congratulations Andrew Thomas for swimming 240km in the last 30 days to achieve a PC total of 204km. What the? HKTQ, you took some funds for that one. Business is obviously good for the Triads.
