A quieter day down at our favourite swim. Calm conditions, a smaller crowd, peace hovered over Manly Town… Jenny enjoys a cup of tea…

Well this is why you should have gotten out of bed this morning… the quality of men at the Bold and Beautiful just keeps getting better. The one in the middle is an international model… and standing next to him is Zac Stenmark.

Meanwhile not a great morning in the weight loss challenge. Sterling and I both weighed in slightly more than last week so no custard tarts this week. Scrappy Scotty was the biggest loser, down over 1kg…

Gee, good swim today. I went out hard off Shelly Beach to try and shake off the rest of the A-team… which worked until my lungs almost exploded. I was swimming in treacle for the last 150m and got passed by Scotty and James. Honourable mention to Jake in the wetsuit too. But Scrape of the Day went to Vinnie! Was it worth it? “Yep!”

And finally today a huge congratulations to the (until recently) most handsome man in the Bold and Beautiful – Todd and his gorgeous wife Lily welcome baby Jude into the world this week. We can’t wait to meet him and to introduce him to his future A-team rivals Luca, Milly and Tas…
