Well the water temp is like a yoyo… and today it was up! A beautiful 18.9 degrees had many considering whether it was time to shed the wetsuit… but maybe not quite yet…
I love seeing all the friendly faces each morning. Sterling’s sister was over from Paddington (somewhere over the Spit Bridge I am told). She is about to start working at google answering the things we put in the search box… I think that is how it works.
And they just keep getting better. Here is Rusty modelling the ‘buzzy bee’, in a classic European cut. He tells me he is just giving the public what they want!
Roger – what a legend.
He introduced me to Rob who hit 1000km this morning. A huge achievement…
Lots of fun in the bay this morning… Dave Panton was the early chip leader at the 50m mark. James and I then had a great tussle out the front before I narrowly got him around the rocks. As Brad kindly suggested, I am unbeatable between Triple Crowns and then somehow come 6th on the big day!
Only two weeks to the Coolangatta Gold for the Spaniard – who we also congratulate on getting his visa through. Well done on that and taking on such a big challenge up on the Gold Coast. We love you mate!
Have a great day and don’t forget to check in on those you love and those you notice might be having a hard time. It is RUOK Day again… a great reminder that we do life better when we do it together!

Ah, the buzzy-bee. I remember wearing that model in Ibiza around 2004. Good times.
Got jimble’d this morning. Anyone else?
Great blog Bishop. Congrats Rob!

Very interesting blog Bishop. Nearly as many photos of non A-teamers as there were of the ‘year six boys by any other name’ most unusual. Well done Rob, a very impressive achievement and good luck to a very swarthy looking Spaniard. And today, one of the swimmers asked me R U OK and the answer is YES, because I swam with the pink caps this am – well actually, behind them – but … had my daily dose of the B&B happies and that’s what makes me more than OK most days

More swimming attire discriminations!
Now I know how Jesus felt.
John 14:6
And Jesus said, “Man, why do I get so much hassle for my togs.”

Haha. John 14:6 is probably the second most famous verse in the bible. Though I am not sure you had the right translation.

So good that I left a Bible at Rusty’s place so he can keep reading it 🙂
