No Posers Here

03/07/201414

Morning all. What’s that? The water was a bit warmer this morning… you should keep on coming down? Yes you should!

Now of course there are no posers at the Bold and Beautiful (unlike say at Bondi).

Except this gentleman from Manpower Australia. Not sure if the pants were coming on or off. I am told when surfing at the Bower, no one messes with the Storchy!

Here I was giving Kelly a headlock and Dave was quietly practising his robot moves. When Dave was a young man in the 70’s he loved to do the worm, the sprinkler and packing the shelves.

Who else is coming down for a swim this morning?

Who is that on the skateboard?

Not Sterling, he didn’t make it, not Irishman Alex – he hasn’t been seen since the Bondi swim, it’s not Buck, it’s not Sophie, it’s not Dr Becky… It’s Arabella!!! Back from Paris and ready to roll!

It was a beautiful morning.

And out of the cold water emerged this strange headless, armless monster!

OK, last plug until Christmas… but this Sunday a bunch of us will be up at St Patrick’s Estate for this… you are welcome!

OK, much love from the Bishop, Father of this little sweety!

    Storchies’ a funny one:
Whilst running bootcamp he wears a top but NO bottoms.
AFTER swimming he wears bottoms but NO top!
Has anyone seen him with both at the same time?
Love the cartoon! v funny! and yes it is DEFINITELY Bondi!!

Storchie arrived at 6am, freezin outside …just wearing his smugglers ..nothing else ..I think the shark bite he got half way over to Shelly warmed him up a little though.

Well said! It was one of those very rare days when he actually put on a pink cap and long flippers and actually made it to Shelly and back.
He says the flippers are to keep up with my fast pace (hmmm), but actually they’re to help him dive and scare more oncoming Drinks Expressers. He’s the shark! The more he scares, the warmer he gets:-)

Beautiful setting this morning as we swam across to Shelly with the sun rising in a clear sky with calm waters. Well worth the effort to be there.
Congratulations to Cae and Ben on completing the Channel swim.
Go Miles. Did Michael swim ?

Michael is due to swim on the weekend, but the weather may delay him until early next week. Amazing effort Cae and Ben. Looking at the tracker, Miles looks like he’s nearly half way there.

Miles is swimming in virtually the SAME temperature as we are at the moment…without a wetsuit!

I can vouch for the manpower shark action…I witnessed le Sterch belting along underwater! With his special olive green fins…
