New beginnings, fresh changes are always good….

March 2, 20179

Manly Wine has a different point of view on change:

I saw Paul today and had a chat about his Rottnest Island swim last week, 9 hours of swimming and no sharks spotted. He did get to swim with Eagle Rays once closer to land 🙂 I wonder what’s the next challenge? Please tell us!

Sheena was leading the yoga class today on the beach before the swim:

There were a few fish to spot today, much nicer than yesterday’s conditions, and the temperature was up to 24.6 degrees!

I”m not good at technology, somehow this appeared twice! Dee won’t let me blog for her again!

I had a beautiful swim to halfway today, enjoying the sun coming up and the clouds forming above me, hoping it stays like that for the whole day.

there was plenty of mingling today, got to catch up with George from work and Melise then Lisa:

The dogs are always chatting too:

Only a few WOW’s present due to bad conditions recently:

Murray stands out with his lovely curly hair and his fast swimming techniques, takes over everyone-

Brian, Chris and Robyn directing me in complimentary photography:)

These men were having a lovely chin wag enjoying the sunshine:

Jeremy, Justus, John, Rob and Peter

whilst these men preferred to contemplate life watching the surf roll in –

The men were up to all sorts of funny business today:

Monthly Dinner – Chat Night!

The next B&B monthly dinner will be on Tuesday 14th March at 6.30 pm at Bluewater Restaurant. Come along and have a chat with your swimming buddies, or meet new ones. This is always a fun night, so don’t miss out.

The cost of the dinner is only $25 a head and includes shared entrees, a selection of mains to choose (incl a vegetarian option) and corkage (for byo wine only). Glasses of beer or wine and desserts are also available at the special price of only $5 each. Numbers are limited, so bookings are essential: To avoid disappointment and secure your spot please BOOK HERE NOW,

Have a nice day everyone, I didn’t hear of any newbies, and the group was it’s usual large self 🙂

Todays swim was a real gift. Calm low tide, tropical waters, perfect visibility -able to see the sand the whole way across, and warm sunshine. All this was wrapped up with a coffee and great friends post swim. Wonderful gift!
