Special Event – Guest Speaker!   Merrilee Linegar

The next B&B monthly dinner will be on Tuesday 13th October at 6.30 pm at Bluewater Restaurant. The guest speaker for the night will be one of our own swimmers, Merrilee Linegar, who is a qualified nutritionist and herbalist. Merrilee’s topic for the night will be “Brain Longevity”. The way you live your life today affects how your brain functions tomorrow. Merrilee will discuss how natural medicine, diet and lifestyle improvements can optimise brain function, prevent memory loss and decrease the risk of Alzheimer’s. While most of us keep our bodies fit by swimming regularly, we often forget about our brains. Don’t miss this one!

The cost of the dinner is only $25 a head and includes shared entrees, a selection of mains to choose (incl a vegetarian option), corkage (for byo wine only) and a little thank you for the staff. Love your blog Shelly and really made me look forward to swimming again on Thursday hopefully. Love the speech bubbles, caps and videos. Have missed the ‘comings and goings’ with The Bolds. Dying to see Sarah and others who’ve been on long hols.
Soleil and I did swim with 2 Manta Rays off Lembongan but not so exciting as some of our swims!

Thanks Shelly, another great blog, as always… so clear today as the underwater shots show. Good to see Rob H collecting her 1000km accolades too.
