Staying safe
Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits. Great and fitting tribute to Tyler and all the Wright family! I watched her win her World Championship heat – very exciting – even before Hawaii!

I’m now (post-hippy-op) back in the surf and back doing hand-stands, so look forward to being back with the B&B in early Nov! xx

Excellent blog as always. What is MD? Manly Daily? What is the story about? Where is Deadmans cliffs? Photo is after 2nd lap to Shelly and still not quite daylight!! What fabulous swimmers. Like the balloons. Very nice
