This week, I write about love and the sea β where we find healing, connection, and that feeling of coming home to the blue. ππ

Every morning with the Bold and Beautiful, the sea greets us like an old friend β sometimes calm, sometimes beautiful, sometimes playful, sometimes a little moody. And isnβt love the same? It shifts, surprises, and reminds us that change is part of being alive.

Thereβs something about stepping into the ocean that feels like a fresh start. The cool saltwater wakes you up, clears your head, and somehow makes everything β even the tough stuff β feel a little lighter. Out there between Manly and Shelly, surrounded by pink caps and friendly smiles, itβs easy to believe that love and healing live in the same tide.

For many of us, the sea really is the love of our lives. No matter where we travel in the world, thereβs nothing quite like returning to this special spot β slipping into the familiar blue, hearing the laughter, and feeling that instant sense of home.

The sea has this quiet way of repairing what we didnβt even realise needed fixing. It steadies you when life feels uncertain and reminds you that you can float β you donβt always have to fight the current.
Just like love, the ocean has its moods: gentle one day, wild the next. But whether itβs sparkling with morning light or rolling with a bit of swell, thereβs always beauty in it. Always movement. Always renewal.

Each swim is its own small act of love β for the ocean, for the people beside you, and for yourself. Because no matter whatβs happening on land, the sea reminds us that we can always begin again.
Hereβs to love, healing, and coming home to the blue. π
