All I needed to tell me about the conditions today was to see a young surfer sprinting towards the beach. Happy for the surfers.
NE swell, very light Southerly wind. Even the flag seemed despondent

Word on the shore was water temp was lovely. It actually was. I’m away for the next few days so was desperate for a Vitamin Sea dose even though today’s conditions are not my favourite. Give me a kind wave, clear water and lot and lots of sea life. The sea life was definitely there, but not that visible.
Stair entry advised by many due to the full tide and sand movement.
Drinks said it was nice but a bit bumpy (correct). Despite some biggish waves the swell was quite kind. The huge upside was that there were no bluebottles and that is always a plus. I do not like bluebottles.
