It takes an average swimmer 650 strokes to get across to Shelley Beach. If breathing every 3rd stroke, you will take 216 breaths from here to there. For a round trip that’s 432 recycled inspirations every swim… Don’t waste them.

Staying safe

Is that 227 molecules that passed through the lungs from everyone that ever lived ? ie recycled and recycled and recycled ? gross ! No wonder I sometimes smell weird odours en route to Shelley … garlic = Mussolini’s lunch ? wood-fired smoke – Davy Crocket ? etc Its still totally gross !!
