Sorry for the late blog, been a bit busy this morning !

 

Greg always enjoys a swim  !! Now we know why… Who wouldn’t with these lovely ladies !!

After one day of Booty camp he thinks that is all he needs…Mmmm.. maybe another day or two 😉

We had about 70 swimmers today with the water 19.3 .

 

Staying safe

Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits.  Also, if you have a bit more experience, keep an eye out for new swimmers who might need company.
