Friday 7 October 2022 Leap of faith

07/10/20220

I saw the bluebottles washed up on the beach and the waves looked a bit vigorous so I thought it would be the swimming pool for me today. BUT the early swimmers said there was no sign of blue bottles in the water. So we went in. There were no blue bottles in the water. It was bumpy but nice.

FFF starts next week!

Look at this beautiful burst of colour – Ali, Louise and Sophia

The reports from this group was enough to get several of us going against our own decisions. Worth trusting

Gorgeous runners – some of whom also swim. It is great to see them at the beach running around

Michael says – go in. Always worth listening to. And he is right – you never regret a swim

Good temperature
