The clock above the surf club is off. Maybe it is just a fault or maybe it is a sign that we should not worry about the time but just enjoy the moment.
Whoever swam in the ten out of ten conditions today would have been in the moment because it was a very nice swim
And think how can you improve a beatuiful swim location? You add a beautiful swimmer
There was a bit of waves, warm water, lots of fish which could be seen despite the low visibility.

FFF went on in the dark. It is very dark at 630 but they still ran into the surf. Then onto the beach. Then into the surf. Then back onto the beach. You get it. There is also talking but I am not sure it was all in English today.
And for a special treat, I saw Justus and Charl today. They are the sort of people that made me think early on – when I met them – that swimmers are great people. Justus not only graciously posed for the photo but he also gave me direction on how to take the photo. In the kindest way. A true teacher.
