The water was warm today. So, despite the conditions being, well, big, Craig decided to have his first swim today. If you can manage that Craig, you are a natural.

Opening this week, Malibu Crew is a gym and clubhouse that aims to provide a space for guys who want to keep fit both mentally and physically. A gym for guys that want to look after themselves without having to lift overweighted barbells, and rather get a trainer-led workout that won’t break down the body.
The workouts are scientifically designed to take less toll on the body, keeping your joints intact while getting a great workout. We’ll be running group training classes covering flexibility to programmed HIIT style workouts 7 Days a Week.
