I think young people are so clever these days. While it took me quite a while to find out about BB and get here to swim just from Lane Cove, we constantly get visits from overseas like Rolo and Marieke and Lars last week. This week we had Grunhilde and Julie from Norway. Welcome. And what a lovely swim day it was – just like every other swim day is excellent but in its own way. The sky was clear and the water a very warm 19.4

What I have been reading
I have been reading the new book by Anne Cleeves The Seagull with Vera and it is good so far. I also read the book by Tara French (Irish Crime writer) which had different crime and characters to the last one but seemed the same.

Help the kids at Royal Far West
Royal Far West would love to hear from any Bold & Beautiful members who are keen to help run a surf/sail/kayak or paddleboard program for our seniors during the summer months. These are children from the country who are at RFW for the week to receive medical help, speech pathology, OT, and more. We have foster kids, kids who come with their families or from remote areas where there is simply no assistance available. A working with children check and surf lifesaving qualification required. To register your interest or enquire please call Linda Scott on 86226838 or email lindas@royalfarwest.org.au. Other non water based volunteer opportunities are also available.
