For the love of a swim

The air is crisp and the last of the daffodils are  dotted about.

The 6.30 crew go to competitive lengths into polluted waters, strong rips and rock scrapes. Oh the love of a win.

Some WOWS brave the brown and some frolic, all love cake as much as swimming.

The emergency Doc swims on regardless. What’s a bit of brown when you have A&E to contend with. Besides it’s the lovely meditative chill part of her day.

Jonny is kayaking on the canals and rivers already and I have yet to dip my toe in the water. Next blog I promise to have had a wild swim. YOLO.


Meeting the next generation Schaffer for the first time. We already had a swim indoors with him. He floats well.
