If Namaste is a good enough handshake substitute for Prince Charles and the oompa loompa it’s good enough for us, right?
We are showing good progress on the Namaste front. Ian had to be bribed, however.
Cheryl, Belinda and Clare appear to be taking it seriously while Robyn’s just over it.

For the lucky ones who saw this gorgeous turtle, it made our morning.
For anyone who is wondering, Dive+ is an app I’ve just started using. It’s not the most user friendy of apps but it does have a fairly good underwater photo (and video) editing function. You can edit up to 8 photos per day with the free version.

Fabulous blog Anne, always love your people n fish pics.
Here’s a greeting we could try!
Kenya greeting :“Adamu”
If you’re lucky enough to witness the unique welcoming greeting of the Maasai’s, you’re in for a treat! Warriors of the Masai tribe in Kenya will initiate newcomers into a dancing ceremony where they will form a circle and compete to decide who can jump the highest.
Traditionally the dance begins by telling a story and concludes with dancers forming a circle and competing to jump the highest, demonstrating to visitors the strength and bravery of the tribe. Be prepared, often a blend of cow’s milk and blood can be offered to visitors as an addition to the welcoming dance.
(the jumping might not give you the Covid Virus but I think the blood and cows milk mix is almost a cert)
