The Bishop is still in bed……

Dr Becky standing in for the Bishop this morning. In fact we took this blog on as a duo a few months ago but I have as yet been unable to do a Thursday blog having worked every Thursday since then – clearly a message to work for God rather than the health service!

As the usual Thursday topics of conversation were not present today (namely Dreamboat, Sterling, and the rocks…..they were hiding up some rather large surf) you shall be spared (though I may chuck a photo of Sterling in a giraffe suit in just for good measure at the end!).

The surf was looking fairly big and messy as I cycled down….

Though more concerning than the surf was Nick Dawkin’s posing this morning before entering the water….

Quite a few brave souls went in from the beach….. Though no one but John Kelly waited at the point today…..

Celebrations all round as Rusty and Attractant celebrated their birthdays…. Happy Birthday to you! Sorry no photos of this as the iPhone 5 doesn’t yet have a waterproof app…. But here is one for all you Rusty lovers out there….

Bit of a battle getting back in but a number took up the challenge including these two lovely ladies…. Looking glamorous as ever….

And so as always…. To coffee. We have noticed that the topic of conversation has improved significantly since Dreamboat departed but it’s just not quite the same. We miss you! Come home soon!
