Cool, calm and clear…

Well, another lovely morning down at the swim. 16.7 degrees today in the water, lots of swimmers, a big wobby shark on the point and nice clear conditions.

Poor old Sterls broke his elbow a week ago when he slipped at Shelley Beach boat ramp. He is out of the water for 6 weeks, Bruce is out with a shoulder problem, Bones’ ticker is keeping him out of the water and Tony did himself in at the snow. It’s the walking wounded at the moment.

Sterling’s facebook was also hacked over night. If a fake Sterling reaches out to you with some get rich scheme… I’d pursue it…

It took a while to get the face in the water this morning… but once away, it was a lovely calm, clear swim. Right at the point a big wobby swum under us. You have got to love the camouflage look!

Finally, I brought down some home grown and picked snow peas from my garden this morning. Interestingly, both Baird’s refused to eat their vegetables… oh well, there is nothing as satisfying as growing your own delicious food!

OK, short blog today as I have to head to Kangaroo Valley to join together two great youngsters from church in Holy Matrimony! Ruth Graham once said, “a good marriage is the union of two good forgivers.” Never a truer word spoken!
