It’s now the end of another summer and I’m personally going to welcome autumn . There was a beautiful sunrise today over the bay and a clear day starting after a few days rain earlier in the week.
We welcomed a group of swimmers from Melbourne and a couple from Canada , hopefully they saw the yellow tails and other fish in the bay.
Water was warm as was the air temp and water was a tad murky in places with a few bumps and rolling swell across the bay. There’s still a spot of algae near the point but it’s improving from a few days ago.
Peter , otherwise known as Stealth, racked up 1000km today after a few years of swimming , congrats Stealth!
My pics from during the week of swaying seaweed and full algae bloom plus a gorgeous puppy spotted en route to the carpark .
Have a lovely Saturday everyone
