Spectacular Morning !

 

The blue bottles are this big! So everyone took John’s advice and swam north to the pipe.

B&B Swim School

Join Pacific Jules coach Sarah Anne for an hour in the ocean as they teach you the fundamentals of the underwater phase of your freestyle stroke.

This one hour session in the water will help understand the technique in easy to follow steps, bringing it all together to allow you to feel additional propulsion, power and speed.

When : Saturday 6 Feb 8-9am

Cost : $25

Location : Shelly Beach

Open to everyone and all abilities welcome.

What to bring: swim suit, cap, goggles, wetsuit compulsory, water and money for a hot cuppa afterwards!

    Thanks for the blog Terry. A few of us avoided the blueys and had a wonderful swim on the harbour side around to Little Manly beach. Nice change of scenery.

    Nice blog Terry. Love the lovely ladies photo, Monica, Melisse, Shelly,Jane and Lisa isn’t it?
    Louise, Jen and I had a bluebottle free swim out from Shelly across to The Bower and back in! Hope nobody got too badly stung.
