Caroline’s Pitch Report

There is a sense of excitement in the air. Flat water. Rumours of good visibility. The sun rising, turning the clouds pink. And it’s a Friday!

It’s a wonderland of fish at the point, yellowtails, old wives, and a whole bunch of other fish I don’t know the name but all pretty.

Still manage to keep up with the Drinks Express with a gopro attached to my foot.

Catching the word “turtle”, swim over to the Warringah Tri Club and we watch the new turtle who’s taken up residence in Cabbage Tree Bay. What a delightful way to start Friday!

I got so excited I forgot to tell Zig Zag about the turtle. Will she forgive me?

Legendary turtle spotters, the Warringah Tri Club. Shouts of joy and amazement made me abandon the Drinks Express return.

The turtle seems unperturbed by us, munching away on a sea grass breakfast

Some mothers do ‘ave ’em. Sarge struts his stuff, anyone up for the FFF?

 

 

 

Trooper lining us up, dressing us down, and leading us off into the deep blue yonder.

Peeling the skin back from my eyes. I felt surprised

That the time on the clock was the time. I usually retired

 

To the place where I cleared my head of you

Ian rushes off to join his mermaid harem!

 

Zig Zag rants to Sophie and Fiona about the International Turtle symbol to call your mates over. I think you’ve got some sucking up to do Caroline!

Lyndal from Careflight arrived by helicopter to thank the B&B for their massive fund raising efforts. Drinksy & Stickman are legends with $19,899 so far raised. Thanks to everyone who contributed to such a great cause.
