A superb day for a swim with clear skies, calm seas, a full moon, the sun and a huge group of swimmers all out enjoying the start of the weekend together.
It certainly caused a splash and added a twinkle to Nick Dawkin’s eye…
7 swimmers continued on up to Freshie after the 7am Shelly swim, for what was apparently a gorgeous 6km swim.
4 swimmers also enjoyed an early swim up to Freshie as you can see from Gaetan’s lovely photos below.

Two rather yummy species were discovered on the beach this morning… a zucchini and the Manly Marlins… 😉

it will be hard to do a “double” because of the following badge ceremony, so I’m going down at 6.30 to do an early lap if anyone is into it??
