Over 121 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
Another stunning swim in paradise, gosh we are sooooo lucky !!! 🙂

Where else can you find so many smiles at 7 o’clock every single morning of the year 🙂

It’s hardly surprising when we swim over such a beautiful aquatic marine reserve with all our fishie friends 🙂

21 swimmers set off for the dawn lap, 8 enjoying a long swim up to Freshie and back for Dave’s penultimate last swim and the remaining 13 enjoying the bay into Shelly and back. 9 swimmers also continued on for a double afterward the regular swim which saw 7 swimmers tripled 🙂 You guys rock !!
Please come down and join David Adams for his very sad last swim tomorrow morning as he flys back home with his family to Georgia, Atlanta 🙁
B&B’s newest edition, Molly Stevenson Del Bene, (Jane Stevenson’s granddaughter), 2 and a 1/2 days old and already high fiving B&B 🙂

Nick TB is officially smooth… after his shave for the Leukemia Foundation yesterday. To check out an awesome gallery of the the full monty, courtesy of Timberlie please click here

What a busy morning, we also opened up a new branch of B&B this morning, the pink budgie removalists… Bold, Beautiful and Buff 😉

Talking of new…. in a moment of complete insanity I signed up for the long course Triathlon in Huskisson next February… Michael and I went down a couple of weeks ago and watched about 40 B&B participate in the event over a whole range of distances, so why not join in.
Come on join me… I don’t cycle and I can’t run so it should be interesting. We could do some mini tri training together occasionally after a swim, continuing on for a little cycle up to North Head followed by a gentle shuffle around the bay… It would be awesome to have B&B go on tour and complete a triathlon together 🙂 Anyone interested ???
Some wonderful photos below of one of our swimmers, Murray Stewart celebrating his place in Australian canoe/kayak team for the London Olympics after he won the K1 1000m in the the latest round of selection trials at the International Regatta Centre in Penrith yesterday. Sensational Murray !! 🙂

What a lovely swim this morning, absolute magic. Great to see so many sharks back in the bay, or maybe it’s just the increased visibility? Also spotted a fiddler ray and an eagle ray together off Shelly beach.
Jane, Molly is adorable! Big congratulations on the new arrival.

Is Nick using the mirror to look at himself or the girl behind him in the last of Tim’s photos?

Sam, it was awesome to see you this morning (although you were too fast for me to keep up with on the double)! So it’s a date every Friday morning now?

The regular swim is always tough for me, the group snail, but somehow when sandwiched in the middle of a triple (starting in the very dark at 6.20), it seemed like the icing on the cake!
Thx for all the encouragement and very special waiting smiles at end of lap 5 – enough to get me home.
Before this week, 1.5 was the furthest I’d ever swum in my life:-) As Jules, says “you guys rock!”
