Over 108 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
A free exfoliation and seaweed body wrap to start today’s lovely swim.

A few swimmers were very excited to be swimming flipper free 🙂

While others were happy to be relaxing off the point.
It was great to see everyone lined up on Shelly Beach ready to participate in the charity event for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance this morning, well done to everyone who took part for such a great cause.

There was a super-sized school of yellow tail off the point, I thought it was never going to end. The Eagle Ray, Catfish, and dusky’s were all out to play too, along with this grey and black fish ??

Robert Sabato did a solo pre-dawn lap but he was joined by David B, John and Michael for the post swim lap 🙂 Michael is keen to do an early lap tomorrow, in the water at 6.30am if anyone is keen ??
2 of our swimmers, Kristina Stoney & Nic Arney are heading off, with their pink caps, to ride their bikes 30,000km around the world, smash a world record, build an adventure learning platform and engage a wide audience in the story of everyday things! Feel free to join them to Enrich, Inspire and Engage at worldbycycle.info
You are all invited to join Kristina and Nic in their send off good luck drinks at the Opera Bar from 4pm today. There will be a raffle and prizes too 🙂 Good Luck guys, we will look forward to following your journey with regular ‘on tour’ photos as you cycle your way around the world !!!

A lovely selection of photos of this morning from Gaetan too.

Wow, and how about these superb photos of Old Wives, Pomfrets and a Kingfish. Very impressive to get this brilliant shot of the Kingfish Gaetan as they are sooo fast 🙂

Best of luck to Kristina and Nic, I look forward to following your journey and learning about other places with you.
Gaetan, fabulous shots of our marine life in the bay, you have a pair of good lungs, no doubt.
ps. Almost makes me feel bad about the whole kingfish I just bought for dinner. Almost.

Who is that ‘old feller’ in the photo with Anna??? At first I thought it was NTB, but then I recognised that old ‘derro’ the police keep picking up in the men’s toilets.
Anna whatever you do, don’t go with him to see his puppy around the back of the club and he hasn’t really got any bananas in his pocket. So don’t be fooled.
