At least 56 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
What a gorgeous swim this morning !!! Sooooo smooth with a burst of orange breaking the horizon just as we entered the water. Spectacular all round 🙂

8 swimmers enjoyed the ghost train at 6.30am; 5 into Shelly and 3 up to Queensie. It is surprisingly beautiful.
Tickets are selling out fast for tomorrow’s ghost train 😉 with only 5 opportunities left… in the water at 6.30am. Don’t miss it as it’s going to be even calmer still tomorrow !!
5 swimmers also continued on for a double afterwards too.
Please join us this Wednesday evening at Manly Wine from 6.30pm for our monthly sponsored Nibbles.
A few of us are going to start a little cross training (aka triathlon training) this Sunday after the swim for anyone and everyone who is keen, all levels and all equipment welcome… (at your own risk of course). The plan is all very casual, so you can get showered and changed after the swim, then ease yourself onto your bike for a lap (or 4) of North Head, then back down for a leisurely jog around Queensie, Shelly area followed by a well earned brekkie / brunch.
You can join in for as much or as little as you like, you can drive your bike up to North Head to start if you choose, the experienced will be able to lap the rest of us on the cycle so there will be no pressure and best of all no barriers… so you can all come, join in the fun and give it a go 🙂

Nice conditions again today made for an enjoyable swim. Good to see fellow B&B swimmers at the North Steyne swim yesterday-we were lucky to enjoy great weather and calm waters.

I’m in for the morning again. 6.30 in the water.
It was magical today and looks to be even better tomorrow.
