Yes Lesley a wonderful swim with the calm water and sunshine – ideal for a second lap. Good luck to the guys heading up to Lake Argyle. Have a great day Sarah, enjoyed the cakes.

Beautiful swim and lovely apres-swim at Manly Wine. Aly Maier came especially with mud cake for Little Sarah’s birthday and there were more cakes and slices too. John Bond managed to eat 5 friands but I suppose he does need building up after all his double laps!
Great to see the return from India of Geoff Adams with his wife Lynn.
Jules Mackin has her Ironwoman event this weekend at Port Mac so wish her luck when you see her tomorrow. (If you see her… Mr Bond will probably be enticing her into triple and quadruple laps!)
Have a great birthday Sarah and hope we get such great conditions again tomorrow!

You’re right Anna – and to be even more specific, it’s a three barred PC.
