Over 68 Bold and Beautiful Swimmers!
Another lovely lovely morning! Water 21.1 Air much warmer, and should getting up to 25 degrees today! LOOK ..The clock is working again!
Four people did a double lap lead by John Bond, to make the most of the LOVELY conditions!!

I received a message from Bold and Beautiful leader Julie Isbill this morning saying her father, Don, had passed away (he had been ill for a while and the main reason Julie has been away in the UK). She said he is at peace now. Here he is below with Julie’s mum Joan.

In honour of Julie and her family we really enjoyed our swim and I am sure they were all ‘there’ with us.
From all your friends in Manly xxx

Darling Julie, we know how sad you are right now. Please feel the big, communal hug from all of us in your beloved B&B swim group. We are thinking of you.
Lots of love

Jules – We miss you (and Michael) heaps and are so sorry to hear about your father’s passing. From now on he’ll be looking down at you every morning with a big smile on his face while you lead our group (looking like a bunch of pink-headed little turtles flapping around in the waves) on all of our fearless swimming adventures. Take care of your gorgeous self and know that we all eagerly await your return to Oz…
