74 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
Ready to take the plunge

Or rise above it for as long as possible…

Whichever you choose there’s always time for a quick cuddle off the point as we wait together for all the swimmers to gather before we set off to Shelly.

It was a spectacular swim across the bay this morning too, with the sun firing up the sky as it broke the horizon !

And who wouldn’t be happy with this as a start to their day.

Plus… you know what… our beautiful dusky whalers are still around 🙂
A couple of swimmers enjoyed this morning’s pre-dawn lap and 5 did their extra distance with a double afterwards.
Check out the Manly Daily today, there’s a great article about us on page 13 in the Health & Fitness section.
Also have a look at this fantastic video taken by one of our swimmers, Brett Chaloner with his Go Pro video on 19th May. It’s got the best soundtrack too ! Check it out here
Now something to look forward too… starting tomorrow Lesley is going to become our regular ‘hump day’ (Wednesday) blogger to brighten up our day and get us through that mid week hump with her creative talent and great humour !! 🙂
In case you were wondering were Alyson has been, she’s been busy missing us on tour visiting the town of Bamberg in the warm climate of Bavaria, Germany.

The comedy play “Stop. Rewind” starts tomorrow night at Glenn St Theatre and is showing until 14th July. If you’d like to see this fantastic production don’t forget to take advantage of B&B’s special price of $49 per adult ticket (usually $58) to an evening performance (excluding opening night). Great review in the Manly Daily, Jules! I wonder how many newbies there will be over the next few days?
