Special Announcement!
Tuesday April 8 will be the next Monthly B&B Dinner. Julie hasn’t opened the reservations page yet, but the presentation on the night will be:
“A Guide to Swimming Etiquette” – by Rainer and Nick D
So put it in your diary 🙂
Yes – Friday again – and today the most heard phrase around the beach this morning was – “Who said that?”
..and you can see why…

John Bryan: “Who is that?”
Bernard Kall: “Sorry? Who is that?”

Festival of Ted part 1.

The bulldogs formed a conga line ….

Alistair was over from Scotland – where their favourite day of the year is “Summer”
He was feeling right at home..

The VIP area was full this morning.. Neil managed to hold a B&B cap but it did burn his fingers a little

It was so dark Ted was confusing Rusty for Elaine…

Patrol 10 – geniuses

Swedish Sarah’s birthday too 🙂

So we do what we do best – have a party –
Who’s hand is that??

Sorry Jane – but I’ve been wanting to do this for a few weeks now…
“The Alliance… will die. As will your friends. Good, I can feel your anger. I am defenseless. Take your weapon. Strike me down with all of your hatred and your journey towards the dark side will be complete!”

Bush doof Larkin was there with the choons…

Get your diarys out because THE Bold and Beautiful Quiz Night is coming to town!!
In order to make sure Bold and Beautiful remains the FREE, wonderful, inclusive activity that it currently is for everyone, everyday, we need to have one or two fundraising events each year.
On Tuesday 6th May we will be having our main fundraising event for this year, which will be a Trivia Night at the Steyne Hotel, with our very own quizmaster, John Kelly.
To make this event a huge success, we need donations of items that we can use as team prizes, auction items or raffle prizes. Any goods or services will be most gratefully received, and the funds raised will go towards the running costs for ourgreat swim squad.
This year we will be joined by the Royal Far West who will be assisting in fundraising for the event, and will receive part of the funds raised on the night.
Please contact Ian (0142 331530 or ugoboyo@gmail.com ) if you are able to donate something of value.
Almost 50% of swimmers are now using the B&B i-Log. Log your swim ANYTIME of day using this really efficient and easy way to ensure your swim is recorded in the daily attendance and on the Pacific Challenge. To get started, send an email to Ian Forster – his email address is: (PLEASE COPY AND PASTE THIS EMAIL INTO YOUR EMAIL, DO NOT CLICK on it)
ugoboyo@gmail.com
He will check that your email address is activated on the attendance register then send you info on how to get started.

Well-deserved! Midge is amazing – out very early every morning, usually back from her bolderdash or first swim to Shelly before the Drinks Express starts! Always cheery and glad to have company. She lost her goggles in a wave this morning, so she swam in the pitch-black without goggles!
