Floating around your body are countless tiny messenger chemicals – neuropetides. One is called oxytocin, “The Love Hormone”, the messenger of love. So called for its presence in our system when we fall in love, or when a mother first meets her newborn child.
But this chemical’s deeper purpose is to disolve connections within your brain, so you can ‘unlearn’ old behaviour. Allowing you to perceive the present in a new manner without the shadow of your past. Unlearning, whilst surrounded by love, allows you to change the image of yourself, and your world – for the better.
Every morning we share time, floating in the ocean with likeminded messengers of love. A chance to unlearn the known limitations of yesterday and embrace a better today.
What is it that you so love about your swims, and where will it take you this week?

Pre-swim Bootycamp – tough love. A cool but calm morning on the sand.

Putting the ‘Beautiful’ into BnB – Ramping up for love.

Nick makes the Seven o’clock call, and he’s “Lovin it”.

It was Vicky’s 29th birthday. Vicky’s business Access Communications provides you with your pink cap (10,000 caps at last count, is that right?)… That’s a whole lotta love!

Calm, clear conditions continued at The Point. John 007 Bond is looking for love – but will he find it? Wait and see…

Looks like Sparkles has found it!

… and the lovely Corinne gets her share.

It is said that only love can be divided endlessly and still not diminish…

… apparently.
Heading back to Manly, a lot of marine life being spotted in the clear water this morning.

Birthday lovin’ continues back at the Tables Of Wisdom. Support our BnB supporters – visit www.accesscomms.com.au for any data communication hardware/cabling needs – share the love.

See, it was worth the wait. John 007 Bond eventually finds ‘double’ love at the point.
Warmly,
Andrew ‘Magichands’ Maher.
Unique, gentle, Light Touch Chiropractic care – VIP rates for BnB members.

Hi there it’s Jasmine and Laura. We are writing to thank everyone for buying the bracelets and necklaces a few weeks ago at our fundraising stand. We went to Royal Far West and gave them 100 dollars. We felt happy and proud. We love being part of The Bold & Beautiful.
Love Laura Jasmine
