Friends, nice to be back after a week off blogging (thank you Sterling)… our little family grew last week with the prized arrival of little Luca. He is already firming as favourite for the 2030 Summer Triple Crown…

Beautiful conditions down at the swim with about half in wetsuits now. I think I will be donning one from May on… no shame in that.

Le Boys…

So you have heard about the Triple Crown, the Anzac morning beach finish… well what about the 7 minute miracle? That is the seemingly impossible barrier for the A-team this winter. Currently the record for a crossing in a wetsuit is 7:03 by some bald, fat vicar… So will the 7 minute barrier be broken this winter? The Spaniard had a big win this morning going 7:20… the hunt is on!
Scrappy Scotty looking for loose change…

And finally it was Sarah’s birthday this morning and she celebrated with a big win at 6:30am. Well done and have a great day!

and here was me thinking that the 7 minute miracle was going to be Luca’s delivery time, now that would have been a miracle!

This talk of a 7 minute miracle has me tempted to don a wetsuit.

Tim, I really liked the new haircut you were sporting this morning. Very dapper.

It is good to have Rob back from Turkey. Today people were pointing at dolphins which I did not see but glad they were there.
