Staying safe
Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits. Also, if you have a bit more experience, keep an eye out for new swimmers who might need company. Do read these excellent tips on staying safe in the surf. To read, or even download, click here.

Agree, Roger. I think Newbies (and some regulars) were put off by dire warnings of Antarctic weather, but it never happened! Even the sun came out for us al fresco dressers.
Great idea for blog, Emma.

Emma
Thanks for using this theme – acceptance across any border is a pillar of B&B’s success.

Fabulous blog theme. Yes so many of us come from all over the place and far far away. Some regularly come from Galston, Kellyville, the Mountains and such – pretty impressive. Love Poppy’s pink pooch gear and especially the pic of the preggie bellys. Brave Mums doing WWW. I wonder if the bub’s inside can feel the cold? Thanks Emma

The mummies told me they couldn’t fit into their wetsuits anymore! One of them (?Julie) is 38 weeks – what a star. Reckon I was on the sofa doing not much with my bubs at that stage!

Hi MEFF stands for Mickey, Emma, Fi & Fi. They are a group who come most Sundays from the inner west. I had to check this which I did by utilising something someone mentioned just last week. If you click on the bloggers name at the bottom of their blog it leads to a screen with all that persons blogs in date order.
