MANLY SURF CARNIE

Early beachside action, two Saturdays ago … as Surf Lifesaving Australia safety crews made good their support systems, for annual Manly Carnival.  The ocean was abroil with activity from the pre-dawn.

There were nearly 2000 competitors and 170 boat crews from over fifty surf Clubs.
The ocean was thunderous and there were many spectacular thrills and spills.

    nice blog Rog.
I CAN confirm Rog indeed swam …a 5.57am launch
I CAN’T believe you declined the photo op of capturing such a good looking 6am crew, perhaps you thought the light wouldn’t do us justice 😉
