We’ve seen Brexit and Trump now we have our own revolution brewing at the Bold and Beautiful…
Some people are born revolutionaries, some acquire the revolutionary spirit, and some have revolution thrust upon them. In Teds case it is all 3.
You see while the masses simply swim to Shelly and back Ted has invented not one but 4 different triangle swims: Point Bower,Triangle Building, Scalene Shark Net Swim and of course the reverse Point Bower. But like all revolutionaries Ted has attracted a loyal band of trusted acolytes and lieutenants who drink the triangle cool aide and swim in triangles with him.
The hardy band of trianglers is gaining a groundswell of support…
Some swimmers get delusional and suggest a double triangle (meet John at the Point) otherwise known as the diamond…
Or the double double diamond (meet John at the Point twice) otherwise known as the star…
But now the movement is spreading…now the masses are conjuring up different shapes to swim in…there are yogi’s suggesting we swim in squares….
While other yogis recommend we stick with straight lines…
Then there are the folks that think we should swim in circles…
But then why not swim in squares and rectangles…
Then there’s always one in every crowd, in our case its a load in every swim group, who want to think outside the square and suggest we swim in more cryptic holographic ways…
Of course we can always have a synchronised swim…
But of course the shape that got us warmed up was the heart shaped swim…
And one lady who is in great shape is birthday girl Sue…happy birthday to you…

Our memorial swim for Ed Selby is this Saturday morning 19th November at the regular 7am start. All welcome to help send him off with his sons and family present.
Summer Swims 6k and 10k. The 6k swims run on any Saturday during summer from December to February. There is only one 10k swim in each of the months of December, February and March (not in January). The proposed date for the first 10k swim is Saturday 10th December 2016.
B&B Christmas Party – don’t miss out – BOOK EARLY. The B & B Christmas Party this year will be held on Tuesday 13th December at 6.30 pm in the Moonshine Bar (2nd Floor) at the Steyne Hotel. All swimmers and partners/friends are welcome (no under 18s unfortunately). The theme again this year is simply “Christmas”. So come dressed in your finest Christmas paraphernalia. Lots of fun and dancing are guaranteed, with music by a fantastic rock band “Gluteus Maximus”. The cost is $10 per head, with all proceeds going to the running costs of the B&B. Book HERE now! Don’t miss out on this fun event, numbers are limited.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t stop laughing. Great perseverance from Ted the rebel. Takes awhile for new things to catch on! and he now receives acknowledgement well deserved! Prob’ly how B&Beut began. Now for a new badge!!!
