15/8/17 From the Mountains to the Sea

15/08/20172

This was the sunrise at Perisher on the weekend…

The Sunrise today at Manly. So beautiful, so colourful.

We are lucky to be able to move easily between the Mountains and the Sea.

Our Yogi’s today enjoying their practice.

Claire, Felicity and Anna from Royal Far West. (This was Claire & Felicity’s first swim.)

They said that… they “Loved it and will be back”.

Since the water was so calm Edwina, Pauline & I swam over to the Bower to see the Port Jackson’s. We weren’t disappointed. There were lots of Port Jackson’s and Duskies swimming in the shallows among the rocks. We saw the bike as well.

(Thanks for the water pic’s Edwina)

Manly from the Bower.

Congrats to our latest 500, 1000 & 2000km badge earners…

Cheryl 500 & 1000, Danny 500, Janet 500, Sparkles 2000 and Sterling 2000.

It was another amazing sunrise this morning and beautifully captured Jenny. Think there will be a few of us swimming to The Bower to see PJs tomorrow! There were whales in the bay at 4 pm today! Dea swam with them!
