26/09/20178

The lovely Edwina, thanks for the great water pics! It was beautiful and clear today.

My swim buddy Alistair, thanks for inspiring me to do doubles. Its a great workout!

What a team of athletes! Getting ready for the “Drinky Express”

Our Zen Yogi’s at 6.25, doing the high plank, then slightly later the sand cleaner came past.

They stayed focused with their cobra pose.

My Fav view as I cross the road from the car park.

Just a couple of single lads (they tell me…they are single and ready to mingle)

The start of the “undies story”, poor Charlie trying to get dressed & we were harassing him for a pic.

Same thing happened to poor Ted.

Then Ian, proudly displaying his “smalls”….His towel tightly wrapped around him.

Ian modelling the B&B post swim attire. Great smile.

My handsome “benchies”

John minding his grand dog.

Thumbs up and peace man, doesn’t it feel great on the way up the ramp!

Penny smiling on her way up the ramp.

JK looking very Cool..

You should have yanked Ian’s towel off 😳😜. Love your cover shot and that Alister inspired you to do doubles 👍🐳

Nth Syd pool is closed & squad is taking a break, I was wondering what to do to keep the challenge going – joining Alister on the doubles has been a great workout 😀
