Sunday Nov 25 – Blog chaos

I’m sure most of you think that the daily blog is published by a well oiled machine of dedicated bloggers.

Monday to Saturday, you would be right.

Then you come to Sunday.

After the swim I asked Rainer who was blogging this morning for the Sunday team. We couldn’t figure whose turn it was.

Then the light bulb moment.

Team Chaos had no-one today.

So here is a quick snapshot of what happens AFTER the swim.

Still in need of photos, I was heading home when I saw someone walking along who looked like she may have been  a swimmer.

I’m not really quite sure what must have been going through her mind as some bedraggled dishevelled bloke approached her and asked if she was a BnBer.  However, before she reached for the Mace I explained my predicament.

B&B Fundraising Christmas Party

Please book early for the B & B Christmas Party, which will be held on Tuesday 11^th December at 6.30 pm in the Moonshine Bar (2^nd Floor) at the Steyne Hotel. All swimmers and partners/friends are welcome (no under 18s unfortunately). The theme is simply “Christmas”, so come dressed in your finest Christmas paraphernalia. The music this year will again be provided by the band, “Gluteus Maximus”, who play two types of music, Rock and Roll! On the night, Royal Far West will be running a monster raffle and auction. Last year, this raised over $4000 for their important programs for disadvantaged kids. There will be fantastic items up for grabs, so be prepared to bid hard.
