Thursday 13 June 2019: What happened to our flat ocean

13/06/20191

This morning as we got close to Manly Surf Lifesaving Club for our daily swim we were left a little disappointed.  Our nice clear, crisp, flat area of paradise had been replaced by a bit of chop and a bit of a gloomy outlook for the day.

Nevertheless the sunrise was spectacular.

During winter there’s plenty of people swimming regularly to gain their winter badges – including many of the following regular faces.

P6130015

With the water still around 19.6 degrees the water is still nice and warm – in fact most days its warmer in than out of the water.

Just a short quick blog from me today, but hope everyone has a great day.

Management notices:

Water temp:   19.6 degrees
Newbies:         2
Total swimmers:  221
