This morning the water temperature was 15.8 and the water was clear and calm. These times got me thinking about how important it is to be optimistic in these challenging times. In fact optimism gets more useful as your challenges increase. So after a swim I filmed this at 7 am in Manly alone and on the move. I hope you find these ideas, based on the work of Martin Seligman, useful for whatever challenges you are facing right now.
