A busy Saturday

Manly was buzzing with people this morning and it started super early. I arrived to swim with the 6.30 group, got in a bit late, and never really saw the early group or the 7am group in the water.
Temperature is up to 21.6 degrees, there was enough bounce and surge to work me out , which also meant visibility was a bit lower than I prefer.
I found some swimmers at Shelly celebrating a birthday, happy birthday to the man NOT wearing a pink cap 😂 .
I found plenty of weed and twigs, removed some plastic , and bounced my way slowly back to manly .
The early crew celebrated Christmas on the promenade as high tide meant no play on the beach. Here’s Jon and Dave in their merry outfits.
