212 Bright B&B swimmers turned up this balmy beautiful Saturday morning – Some of the lucky punters were even treated to a display of Power Tai Chi at 6:30..

The crowd kept growing from 6:45 on it looked pretty busy! We always love that…

Some were working on their ‘downward dog..’

High tide today meant a little further to go on the “escalator” but it was warm and flat again..

The point was busy – it’s that time of year the morning light is a little bit special..

I was underwater when the “Let’s go” call went out…

The swim was still a little murky … but sort of a nice green murky.. Shelley almost had a wave…

There were 2 birthdays, Gabby turned 39 again 🙂

JK sent us off to breakfast..

There was a bit of action under the waves … especially around the point… all the usual suspects 🙂

Have a great weekend everyone!

NEW water safety tips!!! Michael’s tips remain valid but this updated guide is courtesy of champion Ironman Craig ‘Riddo’ Riddington. He has put this RIP/ Surf swim education document together for the B&B and it’s a good read. To read and even download click here.

The water was still a bit murky but calm and warm. We took advantage of the good conditions and enjoyed our double lap. A good rollup and welcome to the first timers.

Great pics as usual, Nick – truly paradise conditions at the moment – warm, calm and no stingers – perfect for an unofficial 10k!
Do join me for tai chi on the beach tomorrow at 6.30….. The Mystery Blogger is looking for some crazy action, so pink caps and falling over are mandatory:-)

It looks great! Well done Nick. Love the photos. Where were you last night though? Seb’s 100 Things was fantastic and inspiring. Looking forward to swimming and seeing you all tomorrow, 3 days between swims is too long!
