There are a lot of ways to get your beauty treatment… ours is a 7am appointment at the B&B Day Spa.
On the program today is the special beach sand exfoliation and seaweed wrap.
If you look like Nic of course you dont need it, but the truth is it’s free and we’re not giving you the choice 😉
Stephen – too busy playing with his phone was missing the action as usual…. I call this one “Running with Cans”
Some last minute checking of equipment…
And in we dive….
Today we were very lucky to be joined by all the clowns from Cirque Du Soleil – They are hilarious aren’t they….
Complex entrance from the left by their leader – “Jenny”
Welcome back Susie 🙂 – I’ll be you’d rather be here than the outback with Mick Taylor eh?
Guess who was hanging around just on the Bower side this morning …..
He was hoping to see Jane so he could give her a big kiss with his Grouper lip….
This flathead was in the shallows – he was seriously the size of the QE-II..

Bold and Beautiful Swim School
Sarah Anne Evans, B&B’s official Pacific Jules swim coach, has organised a group swim school at Shelley Beach for any willing B&B swimmers who want to improve their style. The cost is $30 and it’s limited to 15 people. During the 90 minute session Sarah Anne and Warren Evans will be covering how to swim with more efficiency, flow and speed! If the water is clear and calm enough they will film each person for feedback after the session via email.
The latest date available for the B&B Swim School is 21st December.
(This will be the last swim school for the year. More next year. Schools on 30 November and 14 December are both full)
If you would like to book in you should call or email Sarah Anne and you will be sent further information, including the date, time and payment details. Phone 0420 923 067 or email info@pacificjules.com.au

Heh Nick
Great blog, the private interior selfie shots you’ve been taking of MLP Bronie are really helping the underwater ones.
What a beautiful morning!

That groper looks suspiciously like one of our regular swimmers after a jimble sting last year!
Check out his pic from Last year here:
