The Glorious Workers of the Bold and Beautiful Peoples Swimming Party would like to extend an invitation to Kim Jong Un and the people of North Korea. Take time out from your nuclear war and come down to Manly for the swim of a lifetime (however short that may be.) It might look a little dark and the glorious camera today struggled a bit in the low light.. but we all know there will be an extra hour of revolutionary light tomorrow!

In the twilight the soldiers gathered…

Marching down to the victorious 23.6c waves! Past the People’s Lifesaving Guards practicing their beach landing invasion strategies.

According to his Facebook page, North Korea is the World’s most successful swimming nation, winning every single gold, silver and bronze medal in a special Olympic Games held in North Korea earlier this year.

The Bold and Beautiful would like to extend a special invitation to Mr Un in the case that he still has the glorious ashes of his father, the Dear Leader Mr Kim Jong Il, that he may like to scatter the ashes off the point. The B&B will be happy to form an honour guard for the special occaision.

All hail the dear blogger!

Just checking again for subs…

Cute little leatherjacket

We only occupied around 90% of Bluewater Cafe this morning – you know how much they love us and with a little effort we could totally invade the WHOLE PLACE

Here’s how the North Koreans do it…

Doubles:15
Water Temp: 23.6c
Today’s blog was brought to you live from Bluewater Cafe using the new ipad blogging setup… I missed a couple of announcements (Sorry Jules – I’ll make sure tomorrow’s blogger gets em!)

An enjoyable double lap today. A good rollup of 15 swimmers.
For those interested in marathon swimming, you can check the progess of Helen Conway as outlined in yesterday’s blog. She started at Palm Beach today on the journey to Bundeena (60-65 km). There is a link to a GPS tracker. Good luck Helen.
